I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life.  To be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:

 

- Notification must be given at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and you will not incur any charge/fee. 

- Notification given less than 24 hours, but more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. 

- Notification within 2 hours or a No-Show will result in a 100% charge of scheduled service amount.

*Any charge incurred due to a late cancellation or No-Show must be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment*

THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY IS A "MEDICALLY RELATED FAMILY EMERGENCY"

Unfortunately, anytime an appointment is cancelled inside a 24-hour notice, or a No-Show occurs, time and income is lost that can't be recouped any other way.  Thank you for being considerate to my other clients who are waiting to get an appointment and myself and following this policy.
